Glute AI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Glute AI, glute.ai, and related services provided by Monument LLC, doing business as Glute AI (“Glute AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glute AI.

2. The Service

Glute AI is a fitness and wellness product that may provide:

  • personalized workout programming;
  • exercise logging and progression;
  • glute-focused training recommendations;
  • nutrition and Fuel features;
  • optional body-scan and visual-progress features;
  • progress tracking;
  • Apple Health integrations;
  • AI-assisted explanations or recommendations.

Features may change over time.

3. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

Glute AI is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, emergency services, or medical body-composition testing.

Exercise and nutrition involve individual risks and results vary.

Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, symptoms, medication issue, or another reason to seek professional advice.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience symptoms that may require medical attention.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Glute AI provides tools, programming, and recommendations designed to support training consistency and progression. We do not guarantee a particular physical appearance, rate of muscle growth, weight change, strength increase, or other result.

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • choosing weights and exercises appropriate for you;
  • using exercise equipment safely;
  • providing accurate information;
  • deciding whether to follow a recommendation;
  • obtaining professional medical advice when appropriate.

No app can eliminate the inherent risks of exercise.

6. Scan and Visual Features

Visual scanning and progress-photo features are optional.

If you submit a photo or scan:

  • you confirm that it depicts you or that you otherwise have lawful authority to submit it;
  • you agree to any feature-specific consent presented in the app;
  • you must not submit illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual imagery;
  • you understand that scan output is a fitness-oriented visual tool, not a medical or anatomical diagnosis.

AI and computer-vision systems can be inaccurate.

7. AI Features

AI-assisted output may contain errors and should not be treated as:

  • medical diagnosis or treatment;
  • a definitive measurement of body composition;
  • a guarantee of physical progress;
  • a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

We may change AI providers or models over time, subject to our Privacy Policy and any consent required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • access another person’s private account or data without authorization;
  • interfere with or attack the Services;
  • bypass security controls;
  • upload malware or unlawful content;
  • use the Services in a way that violates applicable law;
  • reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

9. Subscriptions

Glute AI may offer recurring weekly and annual subscriptions through Apple.

The purchase screen will display the applicable:

  • subscription name and duration;
  • price;
  • billing period;
  • renewal terms;
  • any introductory offer that is actually available to you.

Apple billing

For subscriptions purchased through Apple:

  • payment is charged to your Apple account;
  • subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription settings;
  • renewal and cancellation are managed through Apple;
  • Apple’s applicable billing and refund systems govern payment administration.

Glute AI does not promise a free trial unless a free trial is expressly displayed in the Apple purchase flow available to you.

Prices and offers may vary by region, storefront, currency, tax, eligibility, or experiment.

10. Cancellation

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal. Unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise, access normally continues through the end of the paid subscription period.

Deleting the Glute AI app or requesting deletion of personal data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

11. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple are handled under Apple’s applicable refund process and policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

You grant Glute AI a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide features you request;
  • operate and secure the Services;
  • generate private results or progress information;
  • comply with law.

This license does not authorize Glute AI to publicly post your private scan or progress photos.

Glute AI does not authorize user body-scan images for generalized AI-model training unless we provide a new disclosure and obtain any consent required by law before such a change.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services, software, branding, graphics, text, workout systems, and other Glute AI content are owned by or licensed to Monument LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Glute AI intellectual property to you.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe how Glute AI handles personal information.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful use, security abuse, non-consensual imagery, or material violation of these Terms.

16. Service Availability

We work to keep Glute AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network failures, security incidents, platform changes, or other technical events.

17. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monument LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

This section does not limit liability where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

19. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice when required by law.

20. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections or rights that apply to you under mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
