General support

Questions about your plan, workouts, Fuel, Scan, Progress or your account: support@glute.ai. Including the device model and iOS version you are using helps us look into it.

Billing and subscriptions

Glute AI subscriptions are purchased through Apple, and Apple manages them. Renewals, cancellation and refund requests are handled in your Apple account and through Apple’s subscription and refund systems, not by Glute AI directly. Deleting the app or deleting your Glute AI data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Details are in the Terms of Use.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or make any other privacy or consumer-health-data request, email privacy@glute.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. See the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
