Glute AI FAQ: personalized glute training, exercises and progress

Straight answers about how Glute AI builds glute workouts for women, which exercises it uses, how progressive overload works and what you can track.

What is Glute AI?

Glute AI is a personalized glute-training app for iPhone, built for women who want stronger, fuller glutes. It builds a lower-body training plan around your goals, experience, equipment and schedule, adjusts it from what you actually lift, and tracks your progress. Nutrition guidance sits alongside the training.

How does Glute AI personalize my glute workouts?

Your plan starts from your goal, your experience level, the equipment you have and how often you can train. From there Glute AI chooses the exercises, sets and reps for each session and sets a next target from your last session, so the plan progresses with you instead of repeating the same workout.

Can Glute AI help me build bigger glutes?

Glute AI is built for glute growth: glute-focused exercise selection, structured sets and reps, progressive overload and tracking so you can see strength going up. Muscle growth (hypertrophy) comes from consistent, progressive resistance training with enough recovery and protein. Glute AI gives you that structure. How quickly you progress depends on you, and no app can promise a specific result.

How does progressive overload work in Glute AI?

Each exercise has a working-set target, for example Machine Hip Thrust for 6 to 8 reps. When you hit it, the next target moves. When you do not, the plan holds. Your hip thrust working load and personal records are charted week by week so progression is visible, not guessed.

What exercises can appear in my plan?

Glute-focused movements chosen for your phase and equipment. A lower-glute session might combine machine or barbell hip thrusts, leg press, standing cable abductions and dumbbell Romanian deadlifts. Other sessions draw on bridges, Bulgarian split squats, step-ups, kickbacks and squats. You do not need to choose; the plan does.

Can I track my progress?

Yes. The Progress tab shows your strength trend, personal records and adherence. Checkpoint body scans are compared to your own first week, never to anyone else, and stay private.

How often should I train my glutes?

Most people build glutes well training them two or three times a week with rest days in between, since muscle grows during recovery. Your plan sets the frequency from the schedule you give it, with sessions like Session 1 of 3 spread across the week and rest days built in.

Can I use Glute AI at home, and what equipment do I need?

Tell Glute AI what you have, from a full gym to dumbbells and resistance bands at home, and the plan chooses exercises for that equipment. A full gym opens up machines like the hip thrust machine and leg press; a home setup leans on dumbbell hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, split squats and banded abductions.

Is Glute AI beginner-friendly?

Yes. Your experience level is one of the inputs, so a beginner starts with loads, volume and exercise choices matched to someone new to lower-body strength training, and progresses from there. You never have to pick exercises or count sets yourself.

Does Glute AI include nutrition?

Yes. The Fuel tab tracks calories, protein, carbs and fat for the day, with meal scanning and saved meals. Protein is kept front and center because building muscle asks for it. Nutrition supports the training rather than replacing it.

Is Glute AI a weight-loss app?

No. Glute AI is a resistance-training app for glute growth and lower-body strength. Its nutrition features exist to support muscle building, not to run a diet.

Is Glute AI a butt workout app or a booty workout app?

Call it what you like. Glute AI is a glute-training app: the workouts target the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, which are the muscles of the butt, using hip thrusts, hinges, split squats and abductions. Whether you say glutes, butt or booty, the training underneath is the same: resistance training with progressive overload.

Is Glute AI only for women?

Glute AI is designed for women who want to build their glutes, and the copy, plans and progress tools are written with that in mind. The training principles underneath, progressive overload and glute-focused exercise selection, apply to anyone.

Does Glute AI involve surgery, implants or injections?

No. Glute AI is fitness, not a cosmetic procedure. Everything in the app is resistance training, progressive overload, nutrition and recovery. There are no implants, injections or surgical procedures involved.
